Booking Policy – It’s Krizi’s Productions
To provide every client with the best possible experience and results, please review and follow the booking policies below before confirming your session or service.
1. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery.
- Payments will be made via Square or an invoice.
- Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and a project agreement is signed.
2. Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround varies based on service (typically 3–7 business days).
- Rush options are available for an additional fee and must be discussed prior to booking.
- Final delivery timelines depend on timely submission of all materials (stems, references, project details).
3. Revisions
- Each service includes a set number of revisions (see service details).
- Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at a flat rate or hourly.
- Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the first draft.
4. File Submission Guidelines
- Please send high-quality, properly labeled files (WAV/AIFF for audio, organized stems for mixing).
- Files should be uploaded via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another cloud-based service.
- Poorly labeled or missing files may delay the project.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows or long delays in client response (7+ days) may result in project cancellation without refund.
6. Rights & Usage
- It’s Krizi’s Productions retains the right to showcase finished work for portfolio/promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
- Full usage rights are granted upon final payment unless the project is governed by a different contract.
